Jacky Koh is the founder of Relevance AI, a low-code platform to help everyone analyze unstructured data 10x faster with embeddings and large language models. Previous to Relevance, Jacky was an app builder and award-winning data scientist, leading teams to deploy impactful machine learning algorithms into production and building apps that reached over 7.5 million users.

Susan Oliver AM is the co-founder of Scale Investors, an angel investor network investing in female-led startups. She has had an illustrious career in technology, including leading the Commission for the future for the Australian Government. Susan helped establish The Big Issue in Australia and was awarded a Member of the Order of Australia for significant service to business, and to women.

KIRSTIN HUNTER, MANAGING DIRECTOR OF TECHSTARS TECH CENTRAL SYDNEY

Kirstin is the Managing Director (NSW) at Techstars - the world’s largest pre-seed investor. Kirstin is an experienced start-up and high-growth business executive with a focus on fintech businesses at the intersection of activism and capitalism: co-Founder and former CEO at Future Super, former executive at Brighte, founding chairperson at Ocean Impact Organisation and long-time mentor with Blackbird's Giants and Startmate programs. She is the co-author of Funding the Balance.

AUBREY BLANCHE-SARELLANO, VP OF EQUITABLE OPERATION OF CULTURE AMP

Aubrey helps Culture Amp build equitable processes, products, experiences, and operations. Through all her work, she seeks to question, reimagine, and redesign the systems and practices surrounding us. Aubrey is an advisor/investor to various companies seeking to build a more just world, including OnRamp, Seed&Spark, Stark, Joonko, and Pivot Diversity. Her work has been featured in Wired and the Wall Street Journal. 

KRISTI MANSFIELD, CO-FOUNDER OF SEER

Kristi Mansfield is the Co-founder & CEO of Seer Data, an Australian scale up tech company turning data into action for people creating a better world. Kristi has served on several boards including the North Queensland Cowboys Community Foundation, The Stella Prize, the Australian Women Donors Network, SharingStories and the NSW Government’s Family and Community Services Advisory Board for Social Investment. She has been named one of Australia’s 100 Women of Influence by the Australian Financial Review.

SUSAN TOFT, FOUNDER & CEO OF LAUNDRY LADY

Susan Toft started The Laundry Lady on the Gold Coast in 2012. As a new mum with a toddler and a full-time job with interstate travel, she knew other mums and families out there facing the same struggles to keep on top of their laundry. Laundry Lady had made waves in the Aussie market and beyond. It has since expanded into New Zealand, and was featured on hit TV show The Shark Tank Australia.

BEN PFISTERER,  FOUNDER & CEO OF ZELLER

Melbourne-born fintech Zeller is on a mission to change the way small businesses handle payments. Unsatisfied with the options provided by the big banks, and newer players like Square, Ben Pfisterer was one of four co-founders to launch Zeller in 2020. Its growth was meteoric: despite launching in the depths of COVID-19 restrictions, the firm garnered a billion-dollar valuation just last year, and continues to roll out new features for small and growing enterprises. Zeller’s previous experience includes NAB, Visa, and Jack Dorsey’s Square.

KERRY BOULTON,  CEO OF THE EXIT STRATEGY GROUP

Kerry was the first woman to manage and own an international freight forwarding company, successfully selling the comapny nine years later after a multimillion-dollar dollar turnaround – giving Kerry one of the biggest pay days of her career. Over the past 20 years Kerry has mentored many owners through successful business growth, positioning them for their ultimate sale. She founded The Exit Strategy Group to help business owners and CEOs maximise business value while systematically developing a parallel exit strategy.
